✅ Exchange Policy


  • We currently do not offer returns or refunds on purchased products.

  • We only offer exchange for size issues or defective/damaged products.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be:


    Unused, unwashed, and in original condition


    With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact


    Free from stains, perfume, wear, or any damage caused by the customer


🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchange requests for:


  • Used or worn products

  • Discounted/offer/clearance sale items

  • Products without original tags/packaging

  • Accessories (if applicable — modify as per your business)

📸 Defective / Wrong Product Received

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:


  1. Share clear unboxing video + photos of the issue

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. We will arrange an exchange at no extra cost

Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong item claims.

Shipping Instructions


  • Customer will bear the reverse shipping charges unless the item received was defective/wrong from our end.

  • Once the product reaches us and passes quality check, we will ship the replacement.

📦 Order Cancellation


  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
